I’ve cloned myself so I can post more blogs.
I know, I know! I’m way behind on posting blog articles. So I decided to clone myself.
But I suggest you hold off on your own cloning experiment for now. If I survive my experiment, I’ll let you know.
One of my clones has a party attitude, scanning her social media, playing with the cat, and sending sarcastic texts to her friends.
Another naps whenever possible, saying it helps her be more creative but I’ve yet to see proof of that.
Then there is the drama queen clone. She over reacts to my requests, finds reasons to blame me and the other clones for why she can’t do her job, and complains to my husband when he gets home, insisting that she does all the work around here and the rest of us are inept, dufus, addle-headed, mumpsimus, slackards. I didn’t realize she had such an expansive vocabulary.
A few of my clones act professional, complete their assignments on time, keep a positive attitude, control the amount of coffee they drink, and don’t give me any lip.
All in all, we manage to get things done, but I realize that I need to set a better example. I suspect that each of my clones has focused on an aspect of me as their current mode of behavior. Sigh…
So, I’m determined to begin right now by writing a blog to explain my absence, to apologize for not keeping up with my posts, and to assume the responsibility of being more consistent. I’m determined to do better.
I’ve said that before … so enjoy these articles while they are rolling out because I’m not sure how long this is going to last …
